If you have an emergency after normal business hours, on a holiday or weekend (regardless if you have an agreement that includes it or not) and need to speak with a Solution Builders technician, call 612-SUPPORT and follow the after-hours prompts. Leave a voicemail message and the on-call technician will get back to you shortly.
If you do not have an agreement which includes after-hours emergency support, your company will be charged after-hours rates for the call and any support time to resolve the situation.
