Some exciting news here at Solution Builders.  We have been named a winner in the 2024 Excellence in Customer Service Award presented by Business Intelligence Group.

Solution Builders is a Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP), based in the Minneapolis, St. Paul Metropolitan area. In business since 1995, we cater to the Technology and Cyber Security needs of small to mid-sized organizations, in all verticals, across the United States and Canada.

We pride ourselves on managing our business by living up to our 3 core values of: Customer Service Above All, Forward Looking, and Build Lasting Relationships. Through this, we have experienced steady growth through client referrals. Many of our clients have been with us for over 15 years!

We take a very proactive approach to managing the Technology needs of our clients, focusing on prevention, v.s. reaction. In addition, we focus on having a strong security posture, offering a full slate of Enhanced and Advanced Security offerings, services, and consulting. Solution Builders tries to drive change by educating the clients on risk and are constantly evaluating best-in-class tools, to make sure clients know they will be able to grow and scale with us.

In the last 12 months, Solution Builders not only moved out of our existing office space (after 25 years), and into another space, but we hired a full-time CSO, finished standing up an Advanced Security stack, and rolled out several new internal, as well as client-facing tools to the market. Through all these time-consuming challenges, we still experienced consistent growth, and most importantly, recently we had an 8-week rolling client satisfaction (CSAT) score of 100%!
