HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RESPOND TO A SERVICE REQUEST?
Typically, we respond to service requests within four business hours – and often solve them within that timeframe also! If you submitted a service request electronically, you’ll receive an immediate ticket response from our systems with the service ticket number.
