Have you Visited the Charters of Freedom?

Published: July 4, 2022

Our staff covers several generations and many of us have had the chance to visit the National Archives Museum in Washington DC. Typically, this visit comes in the summer and in DC, most days are hot and humid, and the National Archives Museum is a great escape from the heat.

The rotunda experience is a moving one. In this one room is the Declaration of Independence, Constitution of the United States and Bill of Rights. With the Faulkner Murals gracing the walls and low lighting and hushed voices, the rotunda is a place to reflect on what these men did in the founding documents and how blessed this country is to survive over 240 years.

If you happen to be in the Washington DC area and haven’t yet visited the National Archives Museum and the Charters of Freedom, we encourage you to do so.

Happy Independence Day from your friends at Solution Builders.
