With this commitment in mind, we’ve developed a number of processes and deployed some technologies to help us track our customer satisfaction results.

One of the ways we track customer satisfaction is our CSAT rating. The CSAT rating is derived from real-time polling we perform after each closed support ticket. Once the ticket is closed, our systems automatically ask the client how the resolution went. The system compiles the data and a CSAT rating is generated in real time.

This rating is constantly monitored by our support team and the rating you see in our Support center is live, real time data.
